In the fall of 2016, Susan had an offer she couldn't refuse: research corporate sustainability efforts in the Finnish Arctic. The "research" included staying the Snow Hotel, hanging out at a ski resort that runs on green power, ice-fishing and viewing the northern lights from a glass igloo. She as a new fascination with Finland and an ardent respect and appreciation for how Finnish organizations treat environmental responsibility as a de-facto business practice.
